Exchanges – Exchanges will only be made if our guaranteed “Remy” hair “Mats”. “Matting” occurs when cuticles are inverted. In the event it does, you agree to submit videos, photos, and a written statement of your claim to reviewed by Alix Moore. If not satisfied by Alix Moore’s decision based on what you’ve provided, you agree to send a self-addressed-pre-paid envelope, along with the hair to be tested and conditioned by Alix Moore. If the hair is “Non-Remy”, we will exchange immediately! If the hair is righteous, we will send it back to you. We do not exchange or replace hair that is “shedding”. “Shedding” is when loose hairs are not caught in the weft, or when someone sticks the needle “through” the weft and not “around” it.
Shedding comes with wearing a custom made product using loose hairs. It will stop. Please refer to “Tips for Care” to maximize your product life and preserve its maintainability.
Refunds – Because of the nature of ordering Indian Remy Hair, all refunds must be done within 24 hours of your order. No refunds after 24 hours for any reason.

Disputes – If Hair is not received by you within 30 days of your original purchase date, because of your negligence or negligence of the shipping vendor, you may not dispute or charge off your purchase because you will do your due diligence to track your package. You will contact the appropriate parties to handle your claim you will not hold Alix Moore responsible.
Orders- Once an order is placed it cannot be altered in any way unless approved and verified by Alix Moore, this includes textures and lengths.
You agree to order a 3 bundle minimum and to wait 14 days before contacting Alix Moore about your order status. Once orders are placed they are delivered within 10 to 21 days. If your order is not received in 3 days after you being notified through email from Alix Moore with your tracking number, you agree to contact the Shipping Vendor, and if missing, file a claim. We are not responsible for any issues after 30 days.
Shipping- Due to the unforeseen issues through using third-party vendors for shipping, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please Make sure to add insurance to your package. If in the event your package is lost or missing, you agree to contact the shipping entity and not Alix Moore, we can not assume any responsibility after it has left our premises. In addition, we are not responsible for packages not picked up or not received by you after being sent from us, we send all tracking numbers through email once the order is sent from our warehouse.
