Where the hair industry is our business
NO REFUNDS ON ANY HAIR, MEMBERSHIPS OR ANY DIGITAL PRODUCTS at any time.
Exchanges are only if “Proven Matting” occurs. Matting is if you can not comb through the hair continuously.  We guarantee No Matting, but we do Not guarantee No Shedding or Tangling, (all hair tangles and sheds to a certain degree, especially if dirty or not properly cared for). 
Some products may affect your hair in a bad way, so we recommend using Pantene Moisture Renewal for Shampoo and Conditioning. You will know immediately after washing if the hair has issues. It’s best to rinse and condition your hair before and after it is applied.  
Hair can NOT be returned if it is not your desired color, texture or length (as long as it is not shorter).  All hair comes from a humans head and can not be duplicated.  There is no guarantee that all textures will be exact to what you order.  We make sure that we try to sort accordingly so that it matches close as possible to your desired textured ordered. 
In the event that our hair mats and you don't want to us to replace it for FREE for you, you agree NOT to DISPUTE the charges and you forfeit your purchase.
For any reason other than mentioned above, if hair is returned back to us,  there is a $20 per bundle restocking fee charged, in addition, if we are sending back to you, there is a $10 reshipping fee.
NO MEMBERSHIP OR DIGITAL PRODUCT CAN BE DISPUTED AT ALL FOR ANY REASON.

IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION:  
THERE IS A  $200 MINIMUM ORDER
Please make sure that you order and receive your hair before you set your hair appointment. We are not responsible for missed appointments and time crunches.
Once your order is placed, please allow us the FULL 10-14 business days for your delivery. Orders usually take approximately 12-14 days to get to you, but since we are dealing internationally and with multiple orders, we like to give ourselves a grace period just in case the unexpected happens.  There is no need to email or call us about when you will receive your order.  Once the hair get to us From India or China, we will immediately pick, pack and ship to you, and at that time you will receive your tracking number through email.  Please check your spam mail as well, (I don't know why it goes in there). Text your tracking number to 28777 and you will get updates on your package.
You are responsible for your own SHIPPING INSURANCE. You have an option to pay for it in your cart.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once it is received by the post office.  We use 2-3 days PRIORITY MAIL and we do not do EXPRESS SHIPMENTS.
